Diabetes mellitus disease has been one of the major causes of death in many and can cause various other associated health problems. The symptoms of Diabetes are generally known as the Triple P syndrome. The first P stands for polyurea while the second P stands for Polydipsia. The third P stands for Polyphagia. Polyurea refers to the urge to urinate frequently while Polydipsia refers to frequent thirstiness in one. The patient feels hungry in short intervals of time and his refers to Polyphagia.

According to the United States Department of Agriculture, it has been seen that Americans are crazy about sweets and have huge intake that comes up to 140 pounds of calorific sweetness per year. Besides acting as a threat to heath, it can also lead to obesity. With the increased levels of sugar, there is a chance of one suffering from Cancer says The American Cancer Association. It has also been seen that diabetes can lead to arthritis, insulin related disorders and ageing. It can also lead to erectile dysfunction in a few.

One can go for mini-meals rather than eating in huge amounts at the same time. Similarly, you can opt for natural and foodstuff that are close to nature than those canned ones. Though it might be tough, one needs to skip the deserts gradually.
